Thai Buddhist Temple Bracelets

These special bracelets are known as Kumlaï, (translated from Thai as a gold bracelet) and considered a blessed lucky charm.  Each bracelet is handmade in a Thai workshop and hand finished using a “secret technique” with the same gold leaf that is used to decorate Buddha statues.  Afterwards, the bracelets are blessed by a Buddhist monk for peace, love, understanding, and good health.

Made with polycarbonate tubing filled with the gold flake that is used on the Buddhas outside temples. Just like the Buddhas, these might change color over time with wear, only adding to their aura.
